While he is already being tracked by a majority of the Pac-12, there are still some schools showing interest in the big man.

"My coach said Stanford is interested but I haven't heard much from them," McGary said. "Tennessee is showing interest so there's a possibility there, I'm not sure. We'll see."

As far as picking a favorite at this point, McGary said he's in no rush.

"I wouldn't call anybody a favorite at this point," McGary said.

“There is no way to really tell who’s going to offer me next, they’ve all just kind of happened,” said McGary. “But I’ve been talking with*Tennessee,*Vanderbilt,*Alabama,Ole Miss,*Michigan,*Florida State,*UCLA,*Duke*and*Stanford.”

I will have to see if I can get one of his games in. Also, one of my employees is a ref in that area. He may know about this kid already.

GO VOLS!!

literally no chance this kid comes to Tennessee unless there is some connection via family or some other to the Southeast

Dunno why we bothered calling Arian Foster.

Arian did not have a lot of options coming out of HS. I think he only had 4-5 offers total. This kid has twice that many already. With that said, Tennessee has to be willing to go anywhere in the country to secure top talent.

Erik Ainge and Dont'e Stallworth off the top of my head were both from the west coast. Some of you guys thinking recruiting anywhere west of the Mississippi river is a lost cause baffles me.

I never said we would land him, but saying there is absolutely no chance is just stupid at this point in the game.

Distance from home may not have that much to do with his choice. Getting to play in the SEC and playing soon may be more important to him and getting him ready for the NFL may also be important. It's possible he might want to get out of the northwest, I know I would!
