You linked a DB's highlights.

Interesting offer list, lots of ACC and Big 10 attention.

Been some great QB's out of those conferences though so I am glad we are on him.

kid is good. he puts the ball right where it needs to be and recievers barely ever have to break stride.

Isn't nice that our sights have risen to include some of the elite recruits.

You can't win them all, but dam it's nice to see us get in the game.

Nice size @ 6'4", 223. Also runs the 40 just a shade slower than Monte Te'o. lol

Very good prospect. I had no idea Tennessee was any kind of a factor much less getting a visit. I figured he's be committed to UVA by now.

So... about that visit...

Scout

"Originally, Henderson was planning on visiting Virginia Tech, Tennessee, and Georgia this week. He has canceled those visits and says UNC is the only school he’ll visit from here on out."

With this pickup UNC has gotten two really good QBs in back to back years. Trubisky and Henderson are nothing to sneeze at. Impressed with their QB recruiting lately.

I've always felt that if they could start keeping the majority of talented NC guys in-state (along with grabbing the occasional out of state talent like Trubisky and Henderson), they could be an incredibly scary team. This year alone the state of NC has Street (5*), Hood (5*), Scott (4*), Blazevich (4*), Thomas-Williams (4*), Thompson (4*), and the list goes on.

But they never will keep all that talent instate because they're a basketball school. They don't have a passionate enough FB fanbase.

Scary thought indeed. Possible but not probable though. Every yr it seems as though they have a Keenan Allen caliber player leave the state. They haven't hurt for WRs there lately however.

If they move to the SEC, they could be VERY scary.

I've pondered this very thought many times and the prospect of it on paper is scary but like Swanson, after attending a few games ("rivalry" games) I'm of the opinion that their fan base is severely lacking. At times the stadium was so quiet I could've taken a nap.

They would need a new stadium, do like a "SEC UPGRADE" . Whole new uniform scheme. They could produce a nasty team if they had Butch Jones. No but seriously they could do what we are doing. Lean on in state talent and they're hook ups

I think Clemson in the SEC would be scary. They would fit VERY well. It'll never happen though.

!!! Potentially the perfect storm. Great atmosphere, talent pool, and "SEC" academic standards. Here's to 4 more yrs of DABO. :)

UNC and UVA were co-founders of the ACC I wouldn't expect either to leave unless something forced their hand.
