He made some big strides between his junior and senior seasons. He is capable of playing SDE and DT. He woks his hands well and really did a lot to improve his repertoire. His wingspan is impressive too. It's been a little bit since I've seen him but he was a guy I was pretty high on last year. Should be a solid addition."

He's an EE so he's whatever they want him to be. We can sign 25 in FEB by SEC rule. Scout and Rivals will count him in the 2014 class, but the school has quite a bit of leeway on EE as to where they fit into the rules. See what happens. I'm pretty sure I'm right on this. This happens every year.

Yes.

And less sarcastically, he’s whatever he grows into being. But they told him earlier that they are recruiting him to be an SDE. But everybody knows they are going to try and get him as big as possible.

i think all the turnovers against petrino were fun and beating them. i thought the georgia game was amazing. the last three games have all been painful. not surprising we lost, but still it hurts.

Another possibility if Malone did leave the game early and is not really feeling the Vols right now. Maybe the staff takes Mixon in the spot that was to be Malones. Vic, Creamer, Booth, Pearson, Evan Berry may see time at WR, and Helm will line up in the slot alot and also as a TE. Wolf as a TE. That would be a very solid pass catching group for 1 class.

DT takes Dews spot and then wait to see what happens with Bryant. If he does not make it in, another DT or LB.

I have to figure that a couple of those will wind up at DT before their time in Knoxville is up.

This seems to be a trend with Butch and defenseive line recruiting he seems to want guys that can play anywhere on the dline and not just limited to end or tackel

IMO Barnett and Lambert may have been told they would be DEs. I think they play as DTs at Tennessee.

Lambert-DE/DT
Barnett-DE/DT
Mixon-DT
Hendrix-DE
Henderson-DE

Add at least 1 more DT(290-300lb guy) and that is a good looking group that will be MUCH more athletic.
