Woody Wommack is probably the closest guy in connection to Malone's recruitment. VQ is tightly connected as well.

Both have plainly said that Josh hasn't contacted either staff (as of last night). But Skeeter knows....?

Yeah I'm not buying that one. He goes MIA for a month and then shows up when it's commonly known that we have all the momentum in this one.

Brent and Paul are answering questions about their favorite christmas presents on VQ right now. They are very relaxed and in good moods. They wouldn't be if Malone were picking another school.

To me the best sign has been the VQ guys not going all negative to this point. Those guys temper expectations more than anyone.

Man the past 5 years have really done something to our collective psyche. Any sign that something bad is going to happen, we literally go into meltdown mode. THANKS A LOT VONN BELL!!!

I close this thread for 6 hours and there's been a complete meltdown! To save me allot of reading can someone give me an update on what's going on? Anything new?

As far as Rudolph goes, Butch is following the number one rule in sudden death golf. Always assume your opponent will make the putt so you are never caught off guard and unprepared. In this case Dabo's putt is a 400 yard drive.

From last night:

TK Jr. tweeted that tomorrow would be a good day. Which is now today, and he deleted it.

VQ guys said we still have all of the momentum.

Skeeter came in and posted that Josh only called Tennessee yesterday, and was planning on calling the other ones today. He said he perceived it as good news.

Apparently the UT coaches were the only staff contacted, but with good news according to Skeeter. While all along, Josh has said he would call the school he's not going to the day before.

Besides that, nothing really. Your usual VN meltdown 8 hours before an announcement. :)

Skeeter posted that the Vols were the only team to get a call last night. Then he followed up, because some speculated it was bad news, that it was quite the contrary and he perceived the news to be good.

That's his calling card. Take 1 tiny piece of info, that may or may not be true, and build an argument around it and run it into the ground while pissing off everyone around him. And a little later today when the truth comes out he will apologize for being wrong and all is well. Rinse and repeat.
