Good God man.

Is she going to be allowed to go to college or is she going to have to stay home and do women's work?

When you become dependent on technology it decreases your social skills, among other things. It is a helpful tool but it isn't necessary by any means. And yes, I'm way too dependent on technology.

Besides he's the one who's raising the kid so I think ill let him do it the way he sees fit.

Btw I'm 21

Ha yeah I was more yanking his chain when I said that. It's definitely his call on how he raises his children. And I actually agree with him about the no Facebook, twitter, and all that crap. A cell phone would be tough though if you have kids that do any extra-curricular activities. But I'm sure they manage just fine lol.

I'm 24.

At 29 commits, is there room? Who gets the last spot? 247 said UGA was full as well on the offensive side. Would you rather have Malone or Mosley? I say Mosley, we always can never have enough lineman.

Btw, to all the dads that are actually looking out for their kids, keep it up. You will never have a bigger job than raising your kids or a greater reward.

Yes I think we take him (if he wants to come to UT). And at least 2 more DTs. Numbers will work themselves out, Butch has it covered.

After watching our WR performance on Saturday I take Malone all day, everyday, and twice on Sunday!

We will get Malone and Mosely.

It's important for CBJ to land both to send a message that he's locking down the state.

Numbers ARE a problem. With backcounting and all, we can only sign 30 this year. We have 29 commits. Not all commits will make it in though, but we are still in a numbers crunch

If this is a problem...it is the best problem we've had in a while. Doesn't it feel good that we aren't looking for a couple to 2 stars to round out a class?

The situation is fluid...and I don't think the coaching staff is done yet. Just sit back and enjoy the luxury of being able to pick and choose.

This is exactly how Saban got Bama back to where they are.

I'm 36 and IMO not an old geezer, nor am I past my prime. The reason I don't tweet recruits is because I have a wife, 3 kids, and a career. Rather than being a "geezer" past my prime IMO I'm doing what grown ass men do. And IMO grown ass men don't fondle their keyboards drooling over KIDS via twitter. But hey, the IMO means in my opinion, and that's really all this post represents.

You seem a little offended..that's okay. I'm 20 and don't tweet either just because twitter seems like a waste of my time.

The main point of my post was that the older guys here (and some younger ones :peace2:) don't seem to understand that the recruits love it. They love all the attention. VN gets a lot of shoutouts on twitter.

So people who get all condescending and belittle the people who use twitter and tweet at recruits need to see the other side. I'm simply trying to bring more people to the middle here.

...but for real LOL at not being past your prime with a wife and 3 kids. :eek:lol: :peace2:

Both are positions of need. We desperately need dts but we also have probably lost some games this year because of the inability to help our qb by simply catching passes. I say Malone, simply because he's a talent you can't pass up.

BAH. you and your sound intelligent reasoning. just ask the numbnuts over in football. Bama cheated. nothing more to it.

btw i totally agree w your post. Saban and Bama were a COMPLETELY different team once his recruits started showing up.
People point to that 6 loss first year w Saban and say thats the proof of cheating bc of the fast turn around. He was playing with someone elses players just as Butch is now.

Actually Saban did it the Bear Bryant way. He took the ones he wanted and the ones you wanted. He took them all and cut the dead weight. Took over 60 players first two years, almost a full team.

Judging by the offer lists of half of our class...that is exactly what is happening now.

I feel like this class is just snowballing. The more and more big names that commit have to help keep the ones that are already committed. This is a SEC championship type recruiting class.

If you get recruited over in the SEC...blame the conference imposed recruiting limits. You have to take the best available players to win in this league.

Guys just curious if the coaches were concerned about numbers would they keep recruiting? No, we will get everyone we want and then some....
