Yes if they are "restrained" from doing bad things, but no, if they are shown joy in doing good things.

I'm 36 and IMO not an old geezer, nor am I past my prime. The reason I don't tweet recruits is because I have a wife, 3 kids, and a career. Rather than being a "geezer" past my prime IMO I'm doing what grown ass men do. And IMO grown ass men don't fondle their keyboards drooling over KIDS via twitter. But hey, the IMO means in my opinion, and that's really all this post represents.

For the record, I'm 20 years old, a student, and I don't even tweet recruits. Wouldn't spend time feeling bad about it if I were you.
