Wondering what they need to do to make sure he is a lock for us now? He's had his OV, so seems like its wait and hope... But, can't help but think we need to try to get him back on campus soon. It's hard, I know they don't wanna come on too strong with alot of pressure, But we really WANT this kid. Hopefully coach at least has alot of contact with him.(as much as he's allowed)

He has been to campus more than the OV. It would nice getting him back but IMO getting him here again isn't an important part going forward.

Apparently you didn't read my post. It was STARTING players in the NFL. But, since you mentioned it, here is the current player list for ex players playing.

Notice who we are tied with? :whistling:

The top 12 schools are as follows:

1. USC — 40 players
2. LSU — 39

4. Georgia — 36
5. Florida State — 31
5. Texas — 31
7. Alabama — 30

7. Tennessee — 30
10. Ohio State — 27

I liked this link very insightful... maybe currently the Vols numbers are down, but over the last 20 years, we seem to be second to only Ohio State in most categories. Including # of starts.

All time we are very high as well, top 10, I believe at number 8. ND numbers all time are crazy.

uov?

I am sure CJF would provide any assistance in the form of tKs to sway to Malone away from us

No doubt. Fortunately for us, where Vandy is concerned, Malone has already stated publicly that Vandy is not a school he will consider. Supposedly called them and told them so.

I don't know if any other teams were missing the kind of players we were today. Very tough and frustrating.

Sure they were. Some fans just live in a snow globe, while others don't make excuses and realize it's next man up and about recruiting and depth. Apparently UGA is just not that deep of a team. By the way, who was missing on defense? Because that's the side of the ball that really looks awful.
