Im stating the obvious here, but Malone is probably leaning FSU. I base this on qb situations. Worley isnt on fire, Murray is (finally) graduating, and Boyd is too. Things change and the longer this strings along the better for us (I hope). I honestly think Malone is giving Butch every chance to prove he's a fit in this offense.

But wouldn't Malone probably only play with the FSU quarterback for one year?

If Winston is the real deal then he only has one more year at FSU so that would not mean a lot to Malone. If he isn't then it means nothing at all.

Murray has been at UGA for a long time. The guy is currently working on his Phd. I don't think the QB position has been a problem under CMR.

His personal coach told me this summer that he would look at the offense, but that playing with an established or up and coming star QB, whom he could grow with, was just as important.
