This is not "complete speculation". I would bet you that there are not only more Vandy fans on the BHS staff but I would also bet that there are more UK fans too. Also, I said "quite a few teachers & coaches at BHS pushing for Vandy". I did not say "there is no love for UT at Beech or anywhere else in Sumner County". I cannot speak for all of Sumner County.

It is simply not true that there are more coaches at BHS pushing Vandy. This is not fact by any means.

Also, I was not referring to your post directly. I was referring to the other poster who said there was no love for UT in Sumner County as a whole.

I've seen several posters say there are many vandy supporters at Beech in JHs ear. I don't know. I'll just say, if they exist, F 'em. For the UT supporters trying to get JH wearing Orange, I give you this.....

May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind always be at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
and rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand.

Me Irish roots coming through.

Not gonna lie... I stopped reading your post when I saw "vandy" & "supporters" side by side.

:eek:lol:

I haven't taken a poll but wear something orange that doesn't say Buccaneers on it and see how many "You need some new clothes" or "Inmates wear that color" jokes you hear from faculty. I also know for a fact that one of the former school principals has talked to JH about the value of a Vanderbilt education compaired to the value of a Tennessee education. A lot of the stuff being said is said in a joking manner but you're talking about influencing a kid here.

He wasn't much of a Vol fan under the Dooley administration, but that has changed drastically with the addition of CBJ and company. He was just there in February and is now going right back in March. Pretty good sign to me.

And I tend to have some inside info, so I don't care what is written elsewhere.:whistling:

He's also visiting tOSU with his coach soon as we'll. So again like you said, where did you see this posted on TOS?

Kids tell people what they want to hear...recruiting sites, local media, family/friends etc. Way too early in the game to be calling "leans".

Agreed, even if he came out and said he was leaning towards a school a lot can change between now and NSD.

I've yet to see you in a thread where you aren't starting something.

Wait, aren't you the guy who was dumb enough to post his diploma on a message board?

Thanks for dropping by with your always insightful comments.

Btw, I believe I was right about Gruden in that thread to begin with. Thanks.

I will. I'm not trying to be an ass here, just stating what I think as fact.

As am I.

I am not on staff at BHS but my wife is. I also do A LOT of business with BHS and either me, or at least one of my employees are in every building on that campus at least once a day, five days a week. I'm just stating what I know from my wife and my first hand experience. We'll just agree to disagree until you finish your poll.

Haha fair enough.

No, he's not. The "only" time in the near future that he is going to tOSU is in June for a Nike Football Camp. Yes, I read the article too (that you're referring to). He was initially going up with Sheely (not Crabtree), but is now no longer going. Anything else?

You're the man 74. Consider yourself officially on retainer. Money!

Go to the tilted kilt or Sam's grill on a Saturday and see the sea of orange. I have seen one candy game on a TV here and it got flipped to the UT game when it started.

candy is not a strong presence here.
