Hurds the real deal. I was there tonight, we lost a lot on def from last year, but he single handedly destroyed us. Most yards were after contact, couldnt stop him

This kid just broke my little brother's single game rushing record that has stood since '95, but he didn't just break it; he crushed it. Previous BHS single game rushing record was 301 yds....I said it last week and I'll say it again....this kid is the real deal.

Go Bucs!!!!!!

How did this kid grow up a Vol fan with Vol fans in his family and not have UT in his top 4?

Volunteerlane, you still think UT leads?

why all the Bama love here? how do you grow up a Vol fan (in the state of Tennessee) and somehow end up a Bama lean? Color me confused.

Damn half way to a 1000 in nearly a single game. Max preps has him 32nd nationally after updating other players with 2 games played. They havent added hurds stats yet, Once they add his 460 from last night, he might be first.

When you come to campus for a visit ,and the HC doesnt really know who you are. It doesnt really leave a lasting impression! When he went to Bama, Saban (or Lance Thompson) did their homework and made him feel welcomed! It basically comes down to the rest of the schools are kicking our butts in recruiting. UT might not see him as a priority, I really dont know. I know the kid and his family personally and can say He is an outstanding young man!

My analogy :If you grew up always wanting to hang out with this certain group of guys and they finally invite you over only to act like you're not really there. You wouldn't just keep hanging around feeling unwanted, you would go where you felt the most love! I hate to say it but at this time it isn't us. STEP IT UP VOLS! Dont let this one get away!

Just to be clear I'm not saying he wants to be pampered, catered to, or anything special. He is a very humble kid! Everyone remember he's only 16 or 17!

Tell him he needs to go back!!! We didn't hire Graham until after the season was over. He didn't get much love, because we didn't even have a RB coach. As a Vol fan, you need to make sure he gets back to Knoxville. CJG will show him a TON of love.

Believe me I will! Would love more than anything to see him in Orange and White! ... After all I would hate to have to stop cheering for him if he doesn't select us! Haha! He has family members on these boards as well, so I know they see all this! I'm not sure when he is coming back up there but I know for sure he will be back up there visiting!

Also, if it was a game day, coaches don't have time to show recruits a lot of "love" while preparing for a game.
