If by 'mobile' you mean the -3 rushing yards his senior season...

Personally I would describe him as a more elusive QB than mobile one. Not a huge difference in definition.

I understand a 'mobile' QB as one who can turn broken or busted pass plays into 5+ yard rushing gains, as-well-as someone who is a threat to tuck a 3-option sweep, make 1-2 defenders miss and gain 10yds+/- on the carry.

I understand an 'elusive' QB as one who can pick up on blitzes, or backside pressure, then adjust his pocket position or roll out to purchase extra time to find the open WR and make the throw.

Excellent get. Smith has some good skills, including accuracy & touch, and a great attitude.

i cant wait to see this guy after two year under a college system. he needs some foot work and delivery work but he is a senior in high school. i think he is ahead of the game for his pocket awarness. good touch. if he can work out some qurks then i think he can get a scholorship offered by utk. peterman is going to transfer id bet my next paycheck
