Doesn't the state of Tennessee have like 3 out of the top 10 kickers this year? Wasn't this the initial reason for the camp of kickers? His highlight vid is great though. From those quotes, it definitely sounds like Butch just said checkmate.

Kickers are really hard to evaluate in HS. Basically all you find out in HS is how big their leg is. Unfortunately its tough to find out consistency and whether they have the stones to kick in front of 102,000 until they do it. Hopefully Medley does have all of that if he comes aboard.

Palardy didn't kick many FGs in high school, think he kicked all of 9 his senior year. Was a very good punter though, averaged 47 yards a kick. Which was probably why he was #2 kicker(Rivals), wasn't from his FG kicking ability.

Medley has a lot of kicks, hopefully that translates to less nerves.

yes, due to the fact most coaches do not know kicking & rely on outside sources like Chris Sailer or Kohls to evaluate kicking talent.

I hope he commits soon. I love talented kids with orange blood running through the T and giving their all for Tennessee. Hope they sign each every one they can find that can play at a high SEC level. I am now convinced CBJ/staff will do just that.
