He is just saying Gaulden can play corner.

I can't speak for Buck, but when he says Gaulden is the second best player in the state, he means at safety. I'm assuming he believes Gaulden is a better safety prospect than TK jr.

VNM I don't think Gaulden is concerned about the S recruits/commits. He thinks he is better than the DBs committed or on the board. I have to agree with him.

He said that in the same thread you used. I've never once seen Buck post about Gaulden playing corner. He is adamant that Gaulden is an elite safety and will play safety.

Either way, Gaulden will be a phenomenal player at corner or safety.

I hope he does play CB. We are really starting to get some play makers in the secondary, and we need the best 4 or 5 out there. And I think our safeties will be fine with TKjr leading the way. CB has been a weakness of ours for too long. I'm not saying he couldn't win a starting spot at safety, just would like to have the best playmakers on the field, and he could be just as good at corner as he could safety.

As long as he commits to Tennessee, I will happily defer to RG and the UT coaches as to what starting position he takes... :)

I just want some football players that can compete at a high SEC level on this roster, and he is one that can do that.

Btw, what's the word on Gaulden? Any news lately. Also, guys it doesn't matter where he plays as long as he is a part of the Legend's Class.

I saw another analyst that said Gaulden was top 2 talent in the state. I don't care of he is top 15, we need this guy. Speed, ball skills, all around good player

It doesn't. Also, you are a bit touchy. I didn't hate on anybody playa. I'm trying to talk street like you. I said you could have googled and found out that info. It's a message board and its ok if people provide ther opinion on what you post. If you didn't want my opinion then join a book club and not a free message board.
