Yea you are right but Jobe passed for 233yrds and 2 tds and had 2 pass break ups on defense (1) dropped int. Everybody saw that night who was the better athlete. I saw the film.Not anymore FCS is moving to Div. 2 next fall, no more games with Watertown. FCS hung 69 on them last year, Watertown is glad to see them gone.
This kid is not on Turman's level and he looks to be projected as a DB or WR, two positions where we can be somewhat selective right now. Comparison is bogus.
Maybe you ought to go back and watch that film again without those purple tinted glasses this time. Staff approach is right where it needs to be with this recruit, IMO
Bingo.
Kid plays QB and will not play that at UT. He may be a great athlete but we are in on a lot more great athletes at their actual positions and wouldnt have to teach him something new.
Those who want him just because hes a die hard fan need to stick to NCAA recruiting, hell that doesnt even work on NCAA.
Just to update, has offers from Akron, Navy, and Western Kentucky. Last I read he plans to camp at UT and still wants to be a Vol
