“I like Tennessee a lot because I think I could fit well in their offense but also help them on special teams as well,” McQuarters said. “The coaches told me they like me in the slot and think I could give them some playmaking down the middle of the field. They also like me as a returner. Having the chance to play in Knoxville is also good for me. It’s not too far from home and my family could have the chance to see me play as much as they can.”
