I'd like to know the ratio of football players who name their kids Jr. as opposed to a unique name vs. the remainder of the American population.

I was thinking the same thing. I was like, "Who is Todd Kelly?" I remember Cedric Sr. very well though.

Turn in your fan card. Todd was a beast DE for us in the early 90s. I am the same age as Ced Wilson Sr., so yeah, he would have had to had Jr. at 15-16.

LOL That one's not so bad,I watched Steve DeLong father of Ken and Keith DeLong play.

Awesome! My first Vol game was in 1964 and I got to watch Steve DeLong play too. He was an All-American and I believe was the top lineman in the country that year. If I remember correctly he came to Tennessee from Virginia. He was an absolutely fantastic defensive lineman and also had tremendous class.

Cedrick Wilson born December 1978......... so he's 34.

I assume his son is about 17. If my college algebra serves me correctly, Sr. was about 17 when Jr. came to be.

I heard he conceived his son with Jenny Wright's mom while on an official to UT.

So if Cedrick is in fact a legacy, would we possibly take him as a preferred walk on? He seems to be talented but maybe just hasn't found his niche yet. His dad was a beast and I'd love for him to be a Vol!

Can't believe his son is old enough to play college ball. I must be getting old. Wow

When I saw your post, I was already thinking the same thing.
