Talked briefly with Mr Kinlaw this afternoon. It was loud in the background, said Caleb was going to talk to coaches after game and he would call back.

Haven't heard back yet, they may still be in Knoxville.

I'll take Hurd, Paulk, and Kinlaw all day long! Great SEC caliber backs that we've been lacking in recent years! This is where the rise to the top begins!

Those 3 would make for an amazing rb class.. We haven't had one like that in way too long.

On paper, Brown, Oku, and Williams didn't seem half bad.

Heck, if Brown had stayed it might have made up for the lack of production from the other two.

Hey JC.

Brent and PF at Rivals reiterated that the coaches aren't ready to take a 3rd RB commitment at this point.

Do you have any update on if that is true? Or did Caleb just not commit? Or did he committ and are they wrong?

This one is strange to me...I gotta feeling the staff is feeling great about our RB situation and I kinda felt like Faulk committed very quickly due to not wanting to lose a spot...JMO...cant believe that we might actually turn this kind of talent away, but does not seem like we are gonna take a 3rd RB....what a difference a year makes

Truitt would carry the ball several times a game as well IMO. Add in the reverse plays/screens with Pig, DY, and or WR's and that's a lot of bodies. Kinlaw may be a take right now. I think the staff is willing to wait and see how it plays out.

Here's a pic I took outside of Gate 21 after the game of Caleb's family and Coach G. Coach G really seemed to be recruiting him hard.
