If I looked lik that I'd beat up people if they ever disagreed with me about anything. Hell I'd probably beat up people just for fun. Or fight crime if I wanted to be productive

It intimidating to see a muscled up person but you would be surprised how the most unassuming people could whoop that arse no matter how big you are. Martial Arts do wonders for people. Now if skill is equal on both sides the stronger person usually wins.

That is awesome Rod SR, hope butch whips out an offer for him. I think your spawn would do good things here. Straight beast, tell him he either needs to consider Tennessee or Tennessee as his college. And have fun Saturday!!

Yeah I took the Blue pill instead of red.

Rodney Jr visited the O and W game today and was impressed with the experience. Met Coach Gillespie, the running backs coach, and liked the enthusiasm he displayed.
Plan to visit Kentucky and Mississippi State in the next week.

Can your son see himself wearing the Orange in 2014?

I think it comes down to if Rodney is willing to consider other positions than RB. If he wants to play RB in college, I don't think he will be a VOL. The numbers are just not going to work out at RB.

Yeah I'm not bashing Rod jr skills at all, UT knows what they what at RB and Kinlaw is first up for third spot if they tke one. But If Rod is willing to look at LB and see our depth and what could happen for him there, could be big things for him. Rod needs to go for what he wants, and hopefully we will all be happy with the outcome. Definitely looks like he works hard for his dreams, and UT needs to be made up of players like tht. Will be interesting to see what happens.

To answer the two previous posts about being a Vol and willing to play other positions, read what I posted about him in an earlier post:

These are the words he always use when asked what position he wants to play. "It doesn't matter where I play as long as I am able to contribute to a great program".

I would rather have a team player over exceptional talent any day. Sign him up.

So he is willing to do whatever, real team player. Did he seem to be really interested, the coaches interested? I know he talked to Gillspie, but I guess I'm just being nosey and hoping things go good for you guys.

Well no need to tell you to stay on him to keep working hard, obviously he does that and has the right attitude. Well I'm excited to see what unfolds!

He got a chance to see the other recruits like Hurd and thought they would be good players for the program. Rodney was trying to get in their weight room to workout versus playing the video games and over eating at the buffet. He wasn't star struck by any of the players or former players cause of the confidence in himself.

If he is actually 6'1 and 200+ pounds running a 4.5 he could be a safety or OLB without issue. He could also get a look at RB if it came to that. If they really want to keep the instate kids instate, here is a good example of getting it done.
