Actually the #1 player at ALMOST every position in GA remains uncommitted.
I'll save you the trouble of looking it up:
Lorenzo Carter - Top 43 DE/34 OLB - Uncommitted
Elisha Shaw - Top 43 DT/34 DE - Uncommitted
Raekwon McMillian - Top ILB - Uncommitted
Kalvaraz Bessent - Overranked, not the top CB, that is...
Malkom Parrish - Top CB - Uncommitted
Dontavious Russell - Top NT - Committed UGA
Cortez McDowell - Top S - Uncommitted
Deshaun Watson - Top QB - Committed Clemson
Milan Richard - Top TE - Committed Clemson, UGA has a much better TE prospect committed already in Jeb
Demarre Kitt - Top WR - Committed Clemson...is he seriously the top WR in GA? Good lord what a weak class, can't really count this as a loss when the top WR is just a pretty good slot guy.
Nick Chubb - Top RB - Uncommitted
OL is hard to do because evals aren't as complete.
Top OT is either
Caleb Samuel - Committed UNC
Orlando Brown - Committed UT
Top OG is either
Justin Brown - Uncommitted
Jermaine Abron - Uncommitted
Top C
Andrew Marshall - Uncommitted
Dennis Edwards - Uncommitted
Not trying to talk crap, just want to make sure you have all of the accurate information.
As for S, I don't see McDowell still being the #1 safety come NSD, but he is really good and the gap isn't incredible between him and any others so we will just leave him there for this argument. He'll commit UT, IMO. I treat that different than the CB situation because the gap between Bessent and Parrish really is that big.
Plus, we've already grabbed the top RB and overall prospect out of FL in Michel, one of the top TE in the nation out of NC in Jeb, lead for the top two players in NC who are a top 3 DT and DE in the nation and are in much better position for the top prospect in SC than most realize. So, yeah, we will be ok. Thanks.
I guess your the only uga fan that doesn't realize your not getting carter, shaw, nc million or McDowell so yes your letting majority of top players leave
