It should help him quite a bit being an EE. No reason he can't add 10lbs before August.

Personally I think he needs a good 15-20lbs on that frame. He's got good height. Plus I want to see how he carries the new weight. He could get a lot more explosive in the tackling department with some effective lower body strength training.

15-20 is fine with me, just don't lose that speed! Going to be so much fun seeing all these new kids competing next year for playing time. Competition, especially for the DB's, is going to get pretty serious next fall camp.

We've seen no reason to panic about losing assistants. This isn't Dooley.

If anything, Butch has displayed loyalty to coaches, and that has obviously been returned. Money will not be an issue. The AD and boosters can see we are on the rise, and will not want to disrupt that momentum. Unless you have an unhappy wife, alma mater, or lazy coach situation, these guys will stick together

Moseley finished with a passing touchdown and a rushing touchdown along with a pass breakup and three tackles on defense in Dudley's 40-0 win over Ben L. Smith. Next up is Southern Alamance.

He is playing the high school just down the street from me this Friday. I am excited to check out the game and see how he plays.

Mosley had a very good game on offense on Friday and his team won 44-20. I brought my 2 girls (18 months and 3 yrs) so stats and overall view of the game could be a little off.

I would guess he ran for about 140-150 yards and 2 TD's and threw for 100 or so yards and another 2 TD's and 1 INT.

On defense I was surprised to see that they did not shy away from his side of the field and actually threw the first pass of the game deep on him for a 30+ yard completion. He did show very good recovery speed on the play. It looked like they caught him peeking into the backfield and he was beat by 3 yards early but he closed the gap fast and it took a near perfect pass to complete. They completed a couple more passes his way in the first half. In the second half was a completely different story as he defended a couple passes and I didn't see a completion on his side of the field.

Mosley is a long strider and seems pretty smooth when he runs. The only negative that I saw would be that he will need a little more weight because he is thin and did try to avoid a lot of contact.

Side note - the QB for the other team is currently committed to Duke (Johnathon Lloyd) so he is a pretty good HS QB.

Moseley had 146 yards rushing and two rushing touchdowns as well as two passing touchdowns and four tackles on defense as Dudley remained undefeated beating Southern Alamance 44-14. Grimsley is up next.

Per a poster on VQ, Moseley had a big night last night. He threw for a TD, had a 85 yard run for a TD. And to top it off, his defense pitched a shutout.

Dudley won 46-0, I believe.
