why why why. i understand an offer if they like him. but with cbs still on the board like dj smith, lammons(uf but not signing day yet), jackson, and others, how can accepting his commit be the right move here? especially with limited space. just dont see why with so little room left and 5 months to nsd why they would accept any commits right now unless they were blue chip at position of need.

Trust

The coaches probably feel their lack of interest and know much better where we are with these prospects.

Wonder if DJ smith and adoree (long shot anyways) told us no? Or if they just decided to go ahead and get a DB they liked onboard?

Not saying I don't trust the coaches. Just wondering since this seemed to come outta the blue

As a junior, Moseley racked up 70 tackles, 18 pass breakups and five interceptions at cornerback. He also caught five touchdowns at wide receiver.

The cornerback prospect, who holds a 3.7 GPA, clocked a 4.36-second 40-yard dash last Saturday at a Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas combine in Washington (NC).

Maybe the coaches feel he is a blue chip type recruit. Never thought we had a shot at Jackson. Lammons committed to uf, Smith favors clem$on, Berry wants to play WR at least at 1st, if the coaches wanted another CB, they got their guy it seems.

He must have really, really killed it at the camp, because we just took him from a program that won't be part of FBS until 2015 and won't be bowl eligible until 2016.

If he really is as athletic as they say and runs 4.36 he will surely blow up. All the gazers should hold off on the bashing. Butch proved he knew what he was doing with weatherd. Many of Y'all questioned that too.

Earlier post says that he caught our attention during the summer at camp. We then watched a couple of his games this year and the staff was confident enough to extend an offer. Maybe he is a late bloomer, but the fact is that the coaching staff wanted him and we got him.

This seems like an unnecessary offer to me. He wasn't exactly committed to a powerhouse and didn't blow up after the summer camps. Unless this guy is a grey shirt, this makes very little sense considering Tennessee's numbers game and other targets.
