And besides all that,he cant go anywhere else, his mom and I have brought all this Tennessee gear for him, his sister, his brothers and ourselves, it's not happening.....

I'm not really familiar with the whole prep school thing. But will he be playing football at that school this fall? Since I assume he's already played 4 years of high school, how could he play an extra year at prep school and not lose a year of eligibility?

His dad has maintained all along that gray shirt was a possibility.

MDO, hope to run into you and your family at the spring game. Where in ATL is the sports academy located?

He's going to have a great advantage over other signees in his class. I'm sure he wanted to be up there but things happen for a reason and he'll get to campus bigger and stronger, mentally as well, than the others he will be in the class with.

5 to play 4, comes in as a freshman Prep is diffrent from Juco, basically a re-class but comes in Jan
Is that because he has already surpassed the clearing house standards? I would like to say as an alumnus, a brother of a 1998 NC ring wearing Vol, a future Vol, and a father, that I enjoy and look forward to your updates. It is very refreshing to see that the most important thing to you and your son are the morals you have instilled in him. God bless your family.

I understand that. My question was, how can someone who has already played 4 years of high school, go to a prep school and play another year, and then enroll in college and still have 4 years of eligibility? And by the way, do these prep schools only play other prep schools or do they play high schools?
