In this pic Owens looks bigger then what everyone says. I think as long as he gets stronger not so much as bigger he will be fine. They say he is really mobile for that height an covers a lot of ground. 8 new guys if they mesh and play together they may surprise us all and over achieve

Yeah for sure and expect numbers similar to AJ this year probably slightly better but I doubt anything above 5 points 5 boards. I want to see his blocking abilities though.

If McKnight can keep his nose clean and out of foul trouble to where he can play 25-28 minutes and Owens 12-15 that would be ideal IMO.

Someone early in the thread was looking for stats on Tariq Owens. St Vincent Pallotti High School senior year 15 points 11 Rebounds 6 blocks and 4 assist a game. At Mt Zion Prep post grad year 16 points 11 Rebounds 4 blocks a game. I will be at Tennessee vs VCU game for sure go Vols
