This kid is a UK lock IMO. Just the way he talks on twitter. He also says he is friends with most of the UK commits.

I never really watched this kid's tape, always kind of assumed he wasn't very good considering what some posters here said about him, but I just watched it and was very surprised. This guy's tape looks very good and he looks ridiculously athletic for a guy of his size.
