I have now been in Memphis for almost 30 years, and I swear I40 from LR to Memphis has been under construction the whole time. The only good thing is that you can make it in less than 2 hours from downtown Memphis.

I have done Memphis to Nashville more than any other trip. It isn't bad if you split it into 3 small goals. Memphis to Jackson, Jackson to the River, and the River to Nashville. All approximately 60 miles each.

Hahahahah I do it the same way. From Nashville back to Memphis is awful that last stretch from Jackson back into Memphis....

You're right about the construction, AR highway department is a train wreck. They can't make anything properly or quickly.

I've always tried to time Memphis around midnight...always a bear getting through that burg during the day

Just tweeted that he needed to talk to Coach Jones and that it was important. He also tweeted that he might have to make a different decision and it was tough. He also removed his Avi of him wearing UT gear. Doesn't look good guys

He said he had a missed call from Jones and that's why he needed to call him. He's also recruiting Clifton Garrett on twitter right now
