'14 GA WR Demarre Kitt

Honestly, I think based on our recent history, UT will be the underdogs until some games are won. I fully expect UT to not be favored vs Aub or even Vandy, unless UT garners some quality wins before we play these teams and/or Aub or Vandy fall flat and is terrible.

Incorrect.

Austin Peay, Western Kentucky, South Alabama, Auburn, Missouri, Vanderbilt, and Kentucky.

That's seven games the Vols will be favored in. By saying there's a good chance we have another losing season, you're saying there's a good chance we lose two of the games above. Two.

Is there a chance? Certainly. But it's not a "good chance".

At this point, I wouldn't say Auburn, Missouri, Vandy are gimmies at all.

Missouri still has Franklin coming back, Auburn has a ton of talent. I guarantee you if we come to the auburn game and we have the same records, they pick Auburn based on talent. And Vandy will be picked because of what they did to us last year.

All of that is a most likely scenario of course.

I'm with you on this. I see Auburn being good soon rather than later. Plus they've always been a pain in our ass.

But I do think 8 wins (including a bowl) are possible. But that's JMO.

Easily possible. Alabama is most likely a loss. Every other team is beatable with a good game. The question is how many good games will we play?

Quarterbacks and recievers are the only thing that concerns me. Defense will struggle at times but not as bad as last year and we return a lot of guys with experience. Running game will be solid behind the oline, I fully expect Butch to clean up our sloppy special teams play so qbs and wide receivers will be our only question mark. IMO

Thats not how Vegas does it. We will be favored over AU at home unless we are having a bad season and have starters hurt. AU will have problems next season and could be getting worse.

Has anyone asked P Fort or Hubbs about the silence from Kitt? I feel like they should be chomping at the bit for a story.

Didn't he state he was not doing interviews until he got home? And instead of home for more than 24 hrs, he went up to OSU for a visit?

Impossible to say on a couple of those. If the season started tomorrow, Auburn and Vandy would be favored over us imo.

I disagree. There is no chance in hell Auburn would be favored in Neyland, as they're one of the few teams that was worse than us last year.

And I'm willing to bet (literally) that Vegas would like new coach, excited Tennessee team at home against a Vanderbilt team whose 2012 was a perfect storm of half a million seniors.

Demarre Kitt is another option at receiver should he choose to player in the SEC. Therein lies the problem, however, as the Sandy Creek (Ga.) High playmaker is expected to sign with either Clemson or Ohio State.

Tbh, i wouldn't put much stock into this guy. He said the most likely option for our 3rd RB is Autry.

Recruiting analyst and beat writer for inside Tennessee (scout). I wouldn't put a ton of stock in it. He does most of the recruiting interviews for inside Tennessee (scout), but it is still scout. Lol. Anyone from rivals and 247, listen to them 1st lol
