There isn't a thread about it and I didn't get to hear the entire thing but Jones did mention that even in the first year the environment of the Dooley administration was like "a bunch of grumpy old men" and that he kept Bray from starting earlier even though everyone on the team knew he was ahead of Simms.

Basically it just summed up everything that we already know, he was a holier than though kind of guy and was way out of place as a SEC head coach.
