'14 GA S Cortez McDowell (UT Signee 2/5/14)

No way Glass is ahead of McDowell I doubt we would even take a commitment from Glass

That's a really good sign if we aren't even willing to take a commitment from Glass . I take it we are sitting a lot better with some recruits that many didn't see UT as a factor .

This class could get crowded at DB for us. We've all seen it. Its possibleElliott and Evan are both going to be DBs, assuming they sign with us, plus TKjr, Payne, and a half dozen top CBs that were in on. He may have just decided to explore options.

neither will be a DB.

Elliott will be OLB and Evan wants to play offense so WR probably

And now, quicker than a Dan Rather election night colloquialism, this race for McDowell has muddied like the banks of the northern Mississippi after an early Spring snow thaw.

I pray that was as difficult for you to write as it was for me to read.

Not to put the cart before the horse but the Adoree' Jackson situation is looking favorable right now for us.

Shouldn't have been too hard. Just do like Rather did.... either forge stuff or just make it up based on what you want people to believe. Pretty easy really.

Curious but what gives you that idea?

Check his thread. We are the only school he has made plans to visit this summer. He is originally from Illinois, which makes Tennessee a viable "closer to home" option. And we offer almost immediate playing time to someone with his ability.

one name that is starting to open up more than once thought is defensive back Cortez McDowell. As we've said for weeks, Auburn has been making a move for the Georgia defensive back and it seems they are pulling closer to Tennessee and after originally almost committing to Tennessee several times. It looks like things for McDowell will likely drag on.
