Man I'm really excited about this commit, as much as I am about any of them. He's got it all...the physical ability, work ethic, a good head on his shoulders, and he already bleeds orange. I'm stoked to have him on board. Going to be a great VFL.

On why Paulk wasn't in the Top 250...

Paulk has had a good spring but the thing that is holding him right back is his height. Obviously he's split time in high school each of the last two years so his best chance to make a leap might be this fall if he can show that he has the durability to withstand the pounding of a full season carrying the whole load.

His numbers are based on our measurements we took last month. You guys have to realize that there's nothing wrong with a being a high three star player, that still translates to an NFL projection, just not a first round player.

I've been saying this for months, he will get his bump during the season if they do or after. Exact reason Woodrow listed is what I've been saying minus the height comment.

Maybe Rivals should pay attention to their own rankings. Over the last (3) classes/years, they have rated 15 RBs 4 stars or higher with them being 5'9 or shorter.

3 RB's in the current rivals 100 that are 5'9" or shorter.
