Yes they did.....

I am sure his list of offers will blow up even bigger by this time next year. Looks like everyone will see how talented Bryson is. Tell him to take his time and enjoy being young because he will only be kid for so long. My son is 10 and he is in such a hurry to grow up and it's all I can do to slow him down. Time goes by so fast.

It does. i'm so amazed that my "baby" will be graduating from hig school next year... Its a scary and exciting time. To be honest, I really hope his list of offers doesn't get too much bigger. At 11 and 11 of the top schools in the country, its already hard to sit and research and try to make sure which one is going to be the best fit for him. But its still such a blessing to be recognized for his hard work and efforts that he puts in on the field every day at practice, and every game he plays in. One thing is for sure, he works hard. Well I'll be up there tomorrow... #GOVOLS

I could only imagine the stress for you and him. I would like to say make it easy for him and come to UT but that would just be selfish as a fan. If my son were to fortunate enough to earn a scholly to several top school and UT was one of them as much of a fan as I am of UT I would support him going to another school if it was a better fit for him. As long as it wasn't any other school in the SEC. lol

I hope the team show up to kick some BAMA tail tomorrow and puts on a show for everyone but that is going to be a tall order.

First off, beautiful facilities. Loved the Vol Walk....hated the parking. Loved the stadium. Hated the parking, did I say how much I hated the parking? Lol.... Sorry the Vols lost. They had a chance for sure. Bryson talked to his recruiter, and went into the locker room after the game. Drove to our hotel in Oak Ridge only to find them overbooked, however we ended up back in Alcoa... Thanks Tenn for a good trip.....

Glad you enjoyed the trip. Hopefully your son can help our defense in the near future.

Well, they told him that he could definitely impact the team. Tenn has moved up on his list. He likes that its not too far from home either... But, we have a long row to hoe, before he makes any decisions. Again, it was beautiful though....

as far as pass rushers next year we need Jacob Wright, Lorenzo Carter, and BAW and then a Dt or two or three we just need a complete defensive haul next year.

"It was really nice visit. Even though they lost I got a lot of good out of it. The stadium was rocking evem though Tennessee was losing and you saw them continue to compete," Allen-Williams said.

"I got to tour the new facilities and you could see where they put some money in it," Allen-Williams offered. "We saw the Thornton Center and they actually talked to us about the academic side of things. It was very detailed and it broke down what Tennessee's trying to do in the future."

"I talked to them after the game. They wre just telling me that I could fit in up there and they liked the way I play football and that's what they want in a Tennessee player," Allen-Williams offered.

"In high school I play defensive end, I play a little outside linebacker. It depends on the package we run," Allen-Williams. "But, I'm pretty comfortable at the outside linebacker. It's already known I can pass rush but the dropping back part is -- I used to play linebacker until they moved me down so I'm really used to dropping back in coverage."

"The coaching staff, they really stood out to me. The academics side of things. They said there's only 30 people to your class where you can get a lot of one-on-one instruction and the stadium. Neyland Stadium was rocking the whole night," Allen-Williams said.

Through six games Allen-Williams has recorded 56 tackles and 13 sacks and his numbers have led numerous college coaches to Cedar Grove recently making his early recruitment very interesting.

Tell him to keep pushing. His recruiting will be crazy this time next year after camps and things.

You forgot to say under your breath *Come to Tennessee bc we surely could use some help.* Ha.

Bryson's a hell of a player. Like BB said, Tell him keep grinding and keep being humble and it'll all work out.

You forgot I only advise kids to go to the best option period. I have no UT allegiance in these cases. :)

Thank you, there are days when I'm like, wait, when did this happen.... LOL... But he is a hard worker and strives to get better.... I'm exhausted... By the way, I really loved Knoxville, the temperature was great for football!:good!:

Right......I believe you. I would do the same thing but I rock something UT related just about everyday so they would know I have no bias towards any particular school.:)

This happened to me at a fast joint on Saturday when a lady and her husband walked in. I had my UT gear on and they were all Bama. I just nodded my head when the husband said hi. The wife came behind him and when she laid eyes on me she came at me like I had slapped her child or something, put her hand on my table, and said "y'all gone get y'alls asses whipped today, RTR". She inadvertently spit in my food when she said it. I saw it and so did husband. I laughed at her and told her she owed me a new meal. She said what ever bud but he was in shock at what she did. She got even more pissed when he appologized and offered to pay for my meal. She turned on him. I felt bad for him and declined.

That chick is 90-95% of the Bama fans year round. And TideWarrior can't tell me any different I stay in Birmingham and have been to Tuscaloosa on a game day. The way she acts is nothing compared to some of the stuff that goes on in this state.

That has never happened to me before and there are plenty of Bama fans here in Chattanooga (more bandwagon fans than real fans though). Mostsee you and are respectful as well as other rival team fans. At first I was mad (Ima hot head) but when I thought about it was funny. All I could do was laugh at her which pissed her off even more. I told her husband to have a nice day when I left and she was like foaming at the mouth. You should have been there.
