Tennessee, Penn State, UGA, GT, Florida, Florida State, Miami, South Carolina and many others are showing major interest the big and talented pass rusher. He's interested in the Vols and his hoping for an offer from Tennessee soon.

"I was born in Memphis," Carter said. "If I went there then I'd be closer to home and closer to my grandparents. They have a legacy of winning and they are a great program. I know Jason Croom that is a freshman up there and he says it's a great. He thinks I need to come up there. Hopefully I'll get up to catch a few games this fall."

What about this kid?? He sounds like he likes the Vols, and it is not too early for us to be cultivating him.

First, how good is he??

If he is potentially good enough to be a Vol, get into his ear about Tennessee and find a place to cram him into your car whenever you bring Alvin up this year to root for da Vols and Jason. I hope you make that trip often.

"I like him because he's a funny guy," Carter said. "I can imagine going up there and spending time with the staff. Some places I'm not sure I can relax with the coaches. I think they will push you but then love you like a son after practice and I think coach Graham is very much like that."

Carter and Autry coming out of the 2014 class of Norcross!!!!

I get chill bumps!!!!

Carter is big like Jay.

Autry is fast and not finish growing yet, BEAST jr.!! because Jay is the BEAST! lol

How high on the Vols are Carter and Autry? Would love to land both of them, but especially Autry...he will end up as one of the top players in the state his senior year, IMO.

Autry's mom and I are GOOOOOOODDD FRIENDS.... like sisters. ... she loves UT. One of her other sons just committed to Georgia Tech this year; they were hoping for UT offer and didn't get it..... hoping for another one for Autry5 :)

Don't discount Carter. he's not finished growing, he's thick and strong as an Ox. his recruitment is going to be good too.

Great to hear you have an in with Momma Autry. Remember that our last experience with a kid named Autry did not work out all that well.

I have not found much on Autry, but I liked what I read about Carter, especially the part where he liked the Vols -- keep working on both of them, and while you are at it record some audio tapes about loving the color orange and da Vols, and put them under Alvin's pillow at night to see if a subliminal message might do the trick. Hard for me to imagine someone close to you goin' to da dawgs.

You are going to need to rent a U-Haul trailer to go to the games in this season. Just toss the kids in the trailer, lock the door, and when you get to the stadium we will take up a collection to feed them.

Keep up the good work -- I got faith in ya.

Can VN pitch in and lease a nice bus or RV for MZTERRY? Bring 'em up in style. MZTERRY, I have a cd that I have @ 20 different versions of Rocky Top recorded on it...Want to borrow it for football trips this fall? :)
