Watched his highlight film....uhh, not to be critical but i think he's a little over rated. Did I miss something

Yes, you missed something.

This kid does everything well along with having good size. Quick feet, good jumping ability, good acceleration, nice moves, blocks, good hands in the highlights - catches the ball with his hands and not his body, nice body control, etc. Based on these highlights he deserves his ranking and the attention. Would be a very good addition to the roster.

I'm not sure I'd say there is "no way" he could qualify...but this is correct in that UF didn't want to drop him. Kid can play, and I'd imagine UF would be back on the radar if he stands a decent chance at qualifying.

Yes, you missed the fact that to correctly diagnose film you need to have over 1,000 posts. One must establish some sort of e-credibility :).
