“Coach Azzanni and I have talked a few times,” Boone told InsideTennessee. “He told me the staff loves me. He just came by to see me at my school and gave me the offer. I am pretty pumped up about getting an offer from (Tennessee), especially since they are in the SEC.”

“No doubt the SEC is a major plus,” he said. “I feel like I am an SEC player and I can play in that conference and make things happen. That is definitely the best conference out there. They have owned that National Championship for a while now.”

“I don’t know that staff there too well because they just offered, but we are going to get to know each other better now,” he said. “Plus two of my teammates, Curt Maggitt and now Malik Brown are both there. Malik is always telling me how great it is there. I know they both love it there.”

“I know Tennessee has a great academic program and a football program with a lot of tradition,” he said. “They put a lot of players in the league too like*Eric Berry*at my position. This year they had Patterson and Hunter too. They are doing well with that.”

“I am an aggressive player,” he said. “I would say arguably the hardest hitter in the nation. I kind of play a nickel safety position. I can come down in the box and play physical or I can go cover. That is the thing I want to work on the most is my coverage. I am good at it, but I want to be top notch.”

I like what this kid had to say. Wants to be top notch at everything and claims he hits the hardest. We love DBs and this guy is one to keep in touch with

Fearless and aggressive. What's not to love about that? Looks like he studies film too.. makes some plays where he knows what's coming.
