'14 FL RB Sony Michel

Yea, we want to be just like UT. 4 HC's in 6 years. 3 losing seasons in-a-row. No bowl games in 3 years. What program wouldn't want to emulate UT? What are we thinking settling for winning the East 2 years in-a-row, going to a bowl game every year CMR's been here, .747 winning record.....we should fire the bum like UT does! Cause we want to be just like them!! Plus we want to have Vawal debt....makes sense! Yea, all CFB programs should model UT!! Maybe we could even come up with a Hillbilly fight song

Just one question then....Why are you here???

You know what's embarrassing, a GA fan who comes and post on a UT board. I've never understood why anyone who wasn't a VOL fan would be on this board. I think you are just a poser like the rest of them on here.

You're cool. :bad:

Please don't try that card. Michel's a baller.

Ok. Not a knock his ability to play. Just would rather have a guy who is going to always have his focus on football. No knock on anyone's abilities. Fair enough?

I do not care if I get banned or whatever **** head get off and stay off our UT board you stupid ass . I hate seeing you or any other non VOL post you are a plague to this site. Yes the VOLS have been down for a few years but there is a reason for that . Numerous coaching changes and attrition and not a lot of talent. But the VOLS have won a national championship in the lifetime of all these recruits. You have to be atleast 36 to 40 years old to remember Ugays last championship. Plus the fact that they have underachieved every year. I would bet UT gets another ncaa championship before UGA does. UT finally has a coach that can get the players and recruits fired up. If they fill there needs and finish top 10 in recruiting this year they will be caught up with UGA in talent in Butch Jones 3rd year and UGA will start losing on a regular basis to UT.

Yearby and Cook at Central are the real deal! I went to the Columbus-Central game last year and WOW is all I can say about these 2. They are both dynamite but I would give a slight edge to Cook over Yearby right now. Cook is more physical and could play in the SEC right now where Yearby is faster but needs to gain some weight and build up before ready for college FB.

Michel is good but all hype! He has been hyped up by Georgia staff and the area press since his freshman yr in high school and doesn't play the competion that Cook and Yearby plays every week. He also doesn't carry the ball as many times as the other 2. I'll take Cook and Yearby anyday over Sony!!!

anybody see what Miami Central and their two 5 star RB's (Cook & Yearby) did against Grayson last season? Miami Central was held to 17 total rushing yards in a 35-3 blowout. I believe Grayson was pre season number one in the nation last year. Miami Central wasn't very far behind them, and might of even finished the season ranked higher than Grayson. Turns out Grayson wasn't even the best football team in Gwinnett County. Norcross and maybe a few others were better.

Still I thought it was very interesting to see what many thought was the best from Florida, and Georgia go head to head. The Metro Atlanta (Gwinnett county specifically) and Miami areas might just be the two most talented areas in the nation IMO. Or atleast they are my personal favorite areas talent wise.

Don't really have too much of a point here I guess. I really like Dalvin Cook. I think he, and Michel are 1, and 1a in the state of Florida. Just see a lot of people bashing Sony Michel for little to no reason. Obviously college coaches, and every recruiting site would disagree with you about Sony's abilities. Just because he is committed to a school you don't like doesn't mean he's trash or extremely overrated all the sudden. Or if you are going to say he's overrated atleast bring a little more to the table.

I am sure everyone here would be excited if he was committed to Tennessee. Just like I would be excited if Jalen Hurd was committed to UGA. Pretty much any college in the nation would of taken Jalen and been very happy. I am sure the same can be said about Sony.

sorry for the long post. don't really know exactly what I am trying to say here. just wish rival fans (including uga's) could be more objective sometimes.

I don't think it is anything related to Michel. People see Hurd post nearly 3,500 yards and 43 TD's his JR season while Michel gained a little over 1,200 yards and 18 TD's and wonder about him being rated higher.

I am sure they will both do well at the next level, however, I would still be concerned till Signing Day about Michel and Miami. I am still not convinced he is leaving the state.
