Just me, but I attended UT as Bill Bates was finishing up, I have always thought he is a class act.

With that being said, it would be fantastic for Dillon to sign with Tennessee. It would be better than Shannon, Lovie Smith, Strong or dare I say it Gruden being the coach TO ME!

I am very happy with Coach Jones , apparently, he is exactly who we need...add some Legacies and UT will Rise to the Top that much faster! :)

My guess is it is McDowell. Based on what I've seen some Mods saying on other sites and it should go down next weekend.

I dont think Bates is anywhere close to making a decision. Based on everything he has said he is going to let it play out well into next season.

How've you been Montrell...what are you thinking about this staff so far?

I've been pretty damn impressed myself.

I have to admit I am very impressed with this staff so far. They've exceeded my expectations to this point.

I knew nobody would outwork them on the recruiting trail and I knew Butch would be very innovative as well (always coming up with new things) and his personality would be well received.

What I didn't expect is them to have this kind of success this quickly. I thought repairing the relationships in this state that Dooley burned would take years to repair not months.

I think the kids just wanted to see that there really was a change at UT and see how they handle things moving forward. The TN kids are loving them some CBJ. If this staff shows that they can get it going on the field then we should really see them shine in recruiting.
