Keyon Brown is the top ranked 2014 defensive end in the Sunshine State and his list of offers continues to grow. The Hardee Senior (Wauchula, FL) standout picked up a couple new offers and is taking some junior day visits this semester.
Brown is getting a lot of interest from Rutgers and Tennessee and said either could offer quite soon. He doesn’t plan to make a decision until after his senior season

I know it is earlt, but something does not add up here. A top 100 player with only 2 acc, kentucky, la lafayette, ucf, and usf offers.

Very well could be, not sure. It just seems like there either has to be something causes coaches to evaluate him differently than Rivals et. al, or he has grade/legal issues scaring people away. Granted, now that I say this he probably picks up a handful of offers today.

I was thinking the same thing. Scout is just a big azz electronic contradiction when it comes to Keyon Brown.

Once FSU offers he's a Nole. Not sure what the hold up is on their end but UF is waiting for him to visit during JR day or camp before the offer.

UT offered on the 21st of March according to Keyon himself(I am local). He was leaning in-state but the UT offer has him reconsidering.

Local news on Keyon is that he has the skills but has not found his 'mean' button yet. The local coaches think his is a good catch.

I'm currently working a construction project right outside this kids home town. Place is boring as hell. But I pulled this video off the Orlando Brown Jrs thread. Keyon is in it and dominates. I think this would be a big pick up.

i am not sure how much the vols are in it for keyon. i know uga leads, but he might visit a number of sec teams this summer. i haven't read many updates on keyon other than what I am posting here. keyon is visiting uga with his family and spending saturday through monday in athens. he hasn't given a timetable of when he is going to commit.

I can rest much easier now that we got an update on a kid were not interested in.

I wish having someone blocked meant the thread didn't mark as unread when they post or are quoted...

No tougher than realizing that if you're posting on a UT message board and your first sentence is "Well, UT isn't really recruiting this guy..." there is high probability that nobody cares.
