Luke already is on campus and yes walked on.

No offer from UA they want him at camp this summer. He did mention that UT was a school showing a lot of interest.

He ain't going to Vandy with offers from Tenn, Mich, Oregon, and Stanford.

It's good that you put "just saying" at the end of that because it really means nothing.

"I'm really excited and honored," said McCaffrey. "Coach (Tom) Herman sent me a message on facebook and told me to call him and I did and that is when he offered. After that, I talked to their running backs coach (Stan Drayton)."

McCaffrey, the son of former Pro Bowl wide receiver Ed McCaffrey racked up more than 2,000 yards rushing and 42 touchdowns as a junior at Valor Christian. While McCaffrey is a good enough athlete to project to a few different spots in college, the offer from the Buckeyes is to stay in the backfield.

"They told me that they loved my film," he explained. "They see me as a playmaker who can add a lot to the running back room."

They can have this Colorado back. It's the other one that is looking like one heck of a rb prospect. Anyone remember his name? I know there's a thread on him somewhere.

I would take McCaffrey in a heartbeat as a 3rd RB. He is an elite player, which his position ranking says that. And its not a name thing either because a kid like Nick Montana wasnt highly ranked nor Luke DelRio. Really like this kid alot. He would be my 3rd choice behind the 2 VFL's we already have but would be a helluva third oltion.
