Holds offers from tOSU, Nebraska, and Iowa State among others. Michigan and ND are likely close to offering. He's one to watch going forwards.

We ñeed pass rushers and corners. But if this kid is one of the best in the country we need him in Tennessee Orange.

USC lock when offered?

He hasn't given that indication. He says he's hearing from Washington and UCLA the most right now. Said he's interested in everyone.

Also, Todd is at the same HS as the #1 TE in the country in 2014 according to 247, Tyler Luatua.

Schools like Ohio State, Clemson, Ole Miss, Arizona State, Tennessee and Florida offered.
“I would like to visit Clemson, Ohio State, Florida, Tennessee and Ole Miss,” Todd said. “Distance for me is not a factor at all, I’ll go anywhere. “Style of offense is big, I want to go somewhere that throws the ball, where I’ll have a chance to be featured.

It would appear that CBJ and company are throwing the offers out and making some noise on the recruiting trail. Hope UT can sign some of these young men come February.

Translation: I want to go to WRU because they have had incredible success with receivers and I can do work in their system!

“Right now, all of the offers stand out to me,” said Todd. “But the ones that kind of opened my eyes were the ones from Clemson, Florida, Texas A&M, Arizona State, Ohio State, Tennessee and Ole Miss. It was surprising when they all came in, especially the east coast offers. I hardly had any West Coast offers.”

-Scout

Also said USC, UCLA, and Oregon are recruiting him hardest.

Todd, who finished with 72 receptions for 1,041 yards and 10 touchdowns last season, said he plans to narrow his list soon and that Oklahoma, Ohio State and Florida will definitely make the cut.

He's hoping to hear more from USC, UCLA, Notre Dame, Alabama, Cal and Michigan as his recruitment continues to heat up.

"I'm still waiting on those schools," Todd said.
