I might be wrong but don't think he'd come across the divide to play at UT. Have to wait & see later on in the year. Might be a good prospect but I see him going to Arizona or Cal or Boise St. before UT.

We have gone into California before for talent,. I'm sure Butch is prepared to be relentless at the RB position for the '14 class, regardless of where they are from.

“Arizona, California, Boise State, Tennessee, Arkansas, Vanderbilt and Washington State have all offered me,” said Wilson. “I’m also hearing from Washington and Arizona State and I’ve heard a few things from USC and talked to coaches from UCLA.”

"A lot of schools are on neutral ground," he said. "I like Arizona, Boise State, California, Tennessee and Wisconsin. I'm pretty open right now.

He was scared of the sec

Or it could be that he just wanted to play for a coach that can sell RBs like Steve Slaton and Kadeem Carey having great seasons under him all the while staying close to home. No reason to say something negative about a kid just because he wants to go somewhere else

I don't care what league you put Kadeem Carey in, he is going to be one of the top backs

I didn't say one way or the other. He don't lead the NCAA in rushing playing the sec weekly either tho.

Kid is getting a free college education and getting to play football. Good for him.
