'14 CA CB Adoree' Jackson (Signed with USC)

Honestly don't think its a freak out, just think its the reality of the situation right now. I know that Cook leaving isn't going to cause kids like Adams, Carter or Featherston to head the other direction.....but it definitely has an effect on Adoree, Lane, JC Jackson and Chris Lammons. Also, as of today I'd say Adams = LSU and Lo Carter = UGA. Eric Lauderdale and Jeff Jones (possibly) don't even come close to making up for those misses.

Also, not mad that Cook went to FSU...I can understand that. The way he handled the process was pretty ugly though, and is unfortunately becoming more and more common.

Bottom line Muschump's ways of coaching are getting old quick with these kids. Fear and intimidation does not work in this day and age. He was able to get away with it at that other school but not at as a HC at a school that is crumbling in front of our eyes.

Hopefully I am not derailing the thread too much further.

I think Muschamp is a good, if not great DC, but his constant yelling is not going to work long term. I have no idea why coaches do that... even Bobby Knight didn't yell every 5 minutes.

That's what I'm saying. Most successful coaches say if you're screaming like that on Saturday, you didn't do your job Sunday through Friday. It's okay for a position coach/S&C coach to do it, not the head man.

We're gonna be in this one till the end.

We are always in it until the kid signs, as is anyone in his "top group". Of course him actually picking Tennessee has not been a real possibility for months now. Makes for something to talk about, but the kid will not end up in Knoxville. JMO

I would not count out USC in this one. AJs QB teammate committed to USC last week.
Yes but apparently AJ wasn't a big fan of the Sarkisian hire. Wouldn't count them out because a lot can change, but I don't think they're in his top 4 if he had to pick today.

Yeah I don't think he is a fan of Sark at all, I saw some comments about that. :)

Lane is going to flip just a matter of when. UF seems to be the leader for Lauderdale after Sark went to Sc not sure if he has offered him since taking job.

I figured. That sucks for y'all, Lane is a beast. Lauderdale is good, though.

Lauderdale will be a good one, IMO. Very crisp route runner and good hands. I wouldn't call him a dynamic playmaker though. Very happy with Pearson as our JUCO WR.

From reading the tea leaves it seems like Oregon is actually the leader for Lauderdale now that they've offered.
