Cook from UF? That's a huge loss for them. Good for us though![]()
Let's turn up the heat? By now, Adoree Jackson knows very well the UT fans want him here. Let's let the coaches take it from here, and not do something that turns him off to us.
Sometimes, nothing is the best thing to say.
NO. Not in this case at least. If we are showing him love how will that hurt our chances? It might not help as much, but it certainly wouldn't hurt. There is a reason why we are the best fans in the country, and you want on to go cold on him? Good idea. Recruits LOVE the attention. :good!:
Video interview on VQ. Said he really likes Coach Jones and the staff. Feels like a family and a home in Knoxville. Todd Kelly, Josh Malone, and Dillon Bates are letting him know about UT and recruiting him hard. He said he thinks Butch is a great guy and will turn the program around. He said it's no coincidence that a guy has the #2 class in the nation. Something's gotta give. He has 1 OV left... He will have an in-home with his final 6 and then break it down on NSD.
No Cook has to hurt.
It's not just Cook. It's the ripple effect which may follow. As of right now I'd say UF will miss on Cook, Ermon Lane, Adoree Jackson, JC Jackson, Jamal Adams, Lorenzo Featherston, Lorenzo Carter, Travis Rudolph and Jalen Tabor and De'Vante Phillips (2015). At one point or the other all of those players either committed to UF or named UF leader/co-leader. That is going to hurt. Moreover, Muschamp apparently didn't have much of a back up plan for many of these guys....which is illustrated by several of out of state offers given out this week to prospects who didn't even have UF on their radar before now.
Regardless of whether UF turns it around on the field next year, the talent in this class (or potential lack thereof) could determine Muschamp's fate.
 freakout much? losing Cook was a blow but guy isnt going to make all those kids not pick UF esp on D. Hard to be mad at Cook and Lane they see 50pt a game at FSU then look at what UF did easy flip. UF will get 2-3 of Adams Lo Jc Feather Holley then Eric L and some RB. A month to NSD just relax.

does roper call the plays or does cut veto them alot? he may have learned that from fulmer. roper should have called more runs late last night. they were gashing that dI sense some negative recruiting going on in Florida. But, Roper called a good game last night. Just dont think Roper can turn this offense around in 1 year and Muschamp is out the door with anything under 8 wins. imo
I liked his post better than yours fwiw
