We will find out soon enough. I'm not sure Cook can be considered a bigger troll than Lambert around these parts.

Video on VQ with Hubbs and Fortenberry discussing UA practice and some of the recruits. Fortenberry said UT is going to be in his top 6 and will be in it to the end. Fort also said talking to Adoree and folks close to Adoree UT will get an in-home visit and Adoree is really looking forward to that. Fort said LSU and UF are likely at the top and UT/FSU are next in line but he wouldn't count out UT at all, they're definitely in the mix to get his signature.

Overall, a pretty positive report from Fortenberry on Jackson.

An in-home visit with the family would definitely work in our favor. This would be expected after such a long recruitment, but who knows maybe Tennessee is a family favorite. No reason to completely lose faith especially when the kid likes to keep his cards close to the vest. I could not imagine us being ahead of USC, that seems a little silly. That's been his backyard for the last few years.

Adoree didnt seem too happy with the Sark hire. I think Butch knows this is going until the end, and will pull out all the stops closer to NSD. i remember seeing AJ say that there were only like 2 school thats sent their track coaches out to visit him. and also only like 1 school visited his parents. i see us doing stuff like this closer to NSD so its fresher in his mind

Kid is already looking to narrow to 3 from that report. I'm guessing top 3 are UF, LSU, and a battle between FSU and UT for the third spot. If we can knock our in home out of the park, we can secure a top 3 and get ourselves a serious contender shot at him, but we need that in-home is crucial. This is top of the board, our fanbase got us into this one, lets turn up the heat and help our coaches out!

Let's turn up the heat? By now, Adoree Jackson knows very well the UT fans want him here. Let's let the coaches take it from here, and not do something that turns him off to us.
Sometimes, nothing is the best thing to say.

I agree completely. If anything add him as a friend or whatever, say GBO or Go Vols and leave it at that. No need to try and do what the coaches clearly are awesome at doing and creeping the kid out by making him think your a stalker thats obsessed with every aspect of his personal life.

"Adoree looks like a five-star cornerback. Good luck trying to complete something on his side of the field and the quarterbacks have been shaky so that helps him. He is just so fluid and has quick hips and just doesn't let guys get away from him. Very impressive."

Video interview on VQ. Said he really likes Coach Jones and the staff. Feels like a family and a home in Knoxville. Todd Kelly, Josh Malone, and Dillon Bates are letting him know about UT and recruiting him hard. He said he thinks Butch is a great guy and will turn the program around. He said it's no coincidence that a guy has the #2 class in the nation. Something's gotta give. He has 1 OV left... He will have an in-home with his final 6 and then break it down on NSD.

Man, there is something extremely likable about this kid.

Handled the process very well.

If we dont get him, I hope he doesnt go to Florida.
