'14 CA CB Adoree' Jackson (Signed with USC)

I firmly believe that one player doesn't make the team, but after watching CP shred the NFL in his rookie season I honestly believe that him staying one more season would have probably been good for about 3 more wins this year. If he stays, we clobber Georgia and Vandy and likely beat Florida in the Swamp. Tennessee is 8-4 in Jones' first season and headed to the postseason for the first time in 3 years.

Now THAT'S someone who would have made things different.

I don't think CP has really "shred the NFL." He has 35 receptions for 395 yards for 2 touchdowns. He is the least productive WR taken in the first round. Da'Rick Rodgers got 30% of CP's seasonal production in one game.

How many special teams touchdowns does Da Pot Head have?

Get a life. He's the only reason we survived when Hunter went down, you cheered for him then I'm sure. Kid may be a head case, but you don't know jack squat about his personal life so leave it be.

I have a life but thanks for your concern. I never minimized his talent, but there is no doubting he constantly put himself before his team. I was simply responding to the poster above minimizing CPs impact in the NFL by stating Rogers stats

regardless of the situation, still a very childish thing to say imo.

David Ricky is the only reason we didn't lose to Vandy in 2011. He had some of the best catches that I've seen in a UT uniform.

Ya I remember that last TD catch. However if we hadn't thrown it from Vandys one yard line we would never of been on that situation

it's hard to tell with Jackson. I'm decently close with the track coach who is recruiting him to UT, and he says that Josh Malones relationship will greatly impact his decision. However, he also believes it is going to be a tough pull from Florida because of their track program. I would honestly say 50 50 between us and Florida at this point but that's just my opinion.maybe even 33.3 percent between us Florida and LSU. Jackson loves the recruiting game and it will be a hard fight until National Signing Day.

I think it's a safe bet to say that he does end upin the SEC, and I can realistically see him at all three schools. However I do like our chances because of the strength of our signing class and because of his relationship and friendship with Malone. Kids want to be a part of something special, and if Scarborough flips to UT and Hendrix earns his fifth star that would give us five 5 stars for this class and probably the number one spot, considering Adoree chooses us on NSD.

Cool thanks for the info. I still think he probably ends up elsewhere

in the end Tennessee has just as much to offer as the other schools and I think we are in a better situation because of Malone, but you never know until it's over. I think we still end up with a surprise on national signing day. Question is will Jackson be that surprise?

Nitpick whatever you want, man. You know I'm right. With CP at WR, returner, and APB the Vols are good for at least 3 more wins in 2013.

Check Special Teams and his impact there. Route running has always been a problem for CP due to lack of teaching. Two more years in the NFL and he will be a league leader.

After watching this year's offense, I'd say the best attribute last year's receiving corp had was that for the most part they were generally able to catch the football when it was thrown their way in a downfield direction.
