We all got opinions. That's part of what makes talking about these things on volnation fun. Anyway, I'm basing a lot of my opinion on Dooley's failures in regards to DB's. He was all about his tall corners but the problem was they were slow. You don't have to be an expert to see how bad that hurt our defense. I think Jackson and even Payne will be able to come in do wonders for our defense. I see them as playmakers. Somebody mentioned the "honey badger." That guy made plays all over the field. He's what like 5'9?
Mathieu is certainly showing that his size translates to the NFL as well.
For an LSU fan - of all people - to downplay a sensational athlete like Jackson is silly. There isn't a program in America that would turn him away.
