Mathieu is certainly showing that his size translates to the NFL as well.

For an LSU fan - of all people - to downplay a sensational athlete like Jackson is silly. There isn't a program in America that would turn him away.

Agree totally Ron. If LSU wants to go full retard, then we will gladly take Jackson and watch him be one of the best DBs in the country.

I couldn't agree more....crazy. Hope LSU is that dumb because the guy will be a star at CB or wherever. Hope he becomes a part of what is becoming the #1 class in the country.

I don't think will ever see the field at DB if he selected LSU. You have to able to handle a man one on one and that means tackling and fighting off.

There is a reason LSU is recruiting well over 6 foot DBs like Rashard Robinson at 6'4+ .... guys like this.

Vernon Hargreaves- 5'11
Loucheiz Purifoy- 6'0
Ifo Olomu- 5'10
Lamarcus Joyner- 5'8
Tyrann Mathieu- 5'9
Darrelle Revis- 5'11

Most DBs are within these ranges. DBS that are very tall are rare. Jackson would be an instant starter on 99% of college teams in the country. Dieon Sanders was only 6'1 and he is considered one of the greatest DBs to ever play. There have been smaller DBs that have shut down Evans this season. You don't have to be 6'4 to play DB. You have to be very athletic and naturally gifted and Jackson is both of those.

Really want to see how Sark fills out staff. Wilcox isnt going to SC guess he'll join Peterson at UW. Tosh was schedule to inhome with AJ this wk.

With Pease being out there and Wilcox trying to get a head gig somewhere, gotta make you wonder what Tosh is being promised. Sirmon probably jumped the gun signing on with USC.

This is dumb. Look at the CBs in the NFL, I would say a good majority of them are pretty much the same size as adoree. There's a reason he's the #1 CB this year. Smh.
