He's taking an unofficial with his family to watch Florida/Florida State. So it won't be an official.
According to most analysts and even recruits at FSU Florida is far and away the leader. If prefer he stay out west if he doesn't join the good guys
That's what I thought and that's recent news. Chandler might want to slow down on the post claiming others have no idea where this one is at since he clearly doesn't himself
uh nice try dude, you just claimed he had an official visit to to the UF\FSu game and it is well known that he changed his official from that game to Oregon.
It is also well known that he is going down to that game with his family on an unofficial to check out both schools.
UF was the frontrunner, but has slipped dramatically, with good reason. LSU is the favorite now.
Florida was the early favorite about 4 months ago. He loves their track program. He likes their track coach. He was impressed with the play of the DB's under Muschamp.
Muschamp may not even be the coach in a few weeks and at the very least he is a lame-duck coach for next year. The offense under Pease is sad and he will definitely not be there. Further UF pre Meyer and Post Meyer is where WR's go to die.
If UF was still a favorite, why didn't he take an official there like he is to UT and LSU?
Also a lot of people close to Jackson's situation say that distance from St. Louis is a major factor and UF very far and thus another big knock against UF. If UF wasn't terrible this fall and going backwards, they may have had a chance against LSU, with us in third, but fortunately for us UF is a dumpster fire so we have moved up into second, with FSU and USC on the outside but equal chances to move up depending on some things. FSU is going to have to deal with distance from family as a major obstacle. LSU and UT have a big advantage on that issue.
Oregon replaced UF.
I doubt they fire Muschamp after this season. I highly doubt they want to compete with USC and possibly even Texas in finding a new head coach.
He will end up at Florida or USC, and I'd put any amount of money on that as a better. If he signed today it would be Florida. If USC hits a homerun hire (like Gruden) he'll end up at USC.
Argue over semantics all you want, he talks to Florida's db coach every other day, and talks to their track coaches every couple of days. The only place he ends up besides Florida would be USC.
And I'd prefer him go to USC if it's not us
so either AJ is doing the best troll job or everysite has bad info about him. Just reading ur post lets me know you have no idea whats going on...esp adding Pease into the reasons why UF is fading as you put it. CWM getting fired may do it but Pease...lol'd

I don't think it's the competition, I just think it sets a TERRIBLE precedence for a future coach. 1 year after reaching a BCS bowl, and having 9+ starters with season ending injuries that are out of your control you have a terrible year and get fired. No coach would take that job. It would be like us firing CBJ if he goes 4-8, it would be a terrible decision.
However, injuries only give him next year. If he doesn't win 8+, I think he's gone.
dude, sorry i may be wrong but him not scheduling a OV to FL speaks volumes..... just the facts

If you know this, wouldn't you think CBJ knows this and on his OV this weekend was talking with OUR track coaches who would be more than grateful to pump sunshine up his arse along with CBJ telling him he could play offense, defense, special teams, call 15 plays a game, make out with a cheerleader on camera at every game and have a steak dinner waiting on him in the locker after every W?! Come on maaan!
True, but wouldn't his family spending their own money to go to the Florida/Florida State game speak more?
Which school would you be more serious about. One that paid you to come see them, or one that you paid to go see?
This post right here clearly proves you don't know wtf you are talking about.
1. He hasn't made a top 5.
2. There is tons of info out there from a lot of respected recruiting guys that say LSU is his #1 and his latest favorite. He loves what LSU has been doing with their DB's the past 5 years. His fav player is PP.
3. UF at #2...welcome to 4 months ago. He was high on UF's track program and UF's success with DB's, but he has cooled on them and it's well known bc of their backwards direction this year and terrible offense and unknown situation at QB, OC, HC.
3. FSU is climbing again because of what he sees out of their DB play, but not ahead of us just yet.
4. USC depending on the coach may be a factor, but they may not that is so speculative right now its hilarious you have them #1. He is not a CA kid, his family wants him closer to them and USC has no coach right now. Unless they get a Gruden type splash hire, Jackson does not go there, its probably LSU or us.
5. Your list sucks.
1. LSU - still his fav
2. UT could go up or down, we will see how the weekend goes
3. FSU trending up
4. USC but trending up if they get a coach he likes
5. UF trending down
UHHHH...just a question...dont you think the Gator website will keep you busy instead of visiting of all things a Vols website...just wandering because all the Florida fans I know are distraught....
lol, someone asks for a top 5 opinion, I give it.
1 - USC - close to home and I assume they'll get a top tier coach between now and NSD.
