'14 CA CB Adoree' Jackson (Signed with USC)

Look back at your posts. Within 4 calendar days you've gone from polling everyone on their opinion of what % we land him, stating yours was 10%, to saying you don't understand why we discuss this kid because there is < 10% chance we land him (which is based on nothing other than your opinion, which I'm sure hold tremendous clout), to today saying there's a 0% chance. For no apparent reason.

I think you'd better serve yourself by reading a drama novel

Look most of us are reasonable with our expectations on this kid. However, you just can't make an argument that we have literally 0 shot. His twitter so far has been pretty positive about the visit.

I'm officially creeped out.

I count 6 posts in a thread of 2,882 posts. I didn't go back too distant, so maybe there were more in the earlier stages of his recruitment - I actually think you would know better than I would at this point.

My first post was indeed polling for % chances on his chances of coming to Tennessee. Every place I looked didn't have UT on the map except this homer thread. I was honestly curious if there was a shot.

The second post was discussing how I think we'd be a better choice than Florida (his apparent #2 choice). I do think we are a better choice, especially after a loss to Vandy.

The third was a topic completely unrelated to Adoree (why I come back to this thread: the off-topic banter). It had to do with our advantages of recruitment over other SEC/national football programs.

The fourth was following up on post #1 after it seemed the consensus was that he was indeed a long shot. I'm still confused on how this thread can be so large when we have Malone in the backyard.... but that's VN for you...

The fifth was the post you replied to

The sixth was my defense of your post

This is the seventh

The reason that I came up with 0% is because that is what 247sports has. It only has two contenders (Florida & USCw) on the radar, nobody has UT being a factor at all. I haven't looked yet, this could have been updated in the last 24 hours.

Honestly, my guess of 0% chance is probably wrong. It's probably somewhere around 6%.

I appreciate the drama novel suggestion. I would love a recommendation if you have one.

I'm officially creeped out.

You just click on a users name, then look at all their posts. It's not that hard bro.

In your case, all 3 I looked at were recent, so it was especially easy to see.

In other news, I still think Adoree has legitimate interest in UT. Otherwise, he wouldn't be here.

Also seems like a good kid from what I can tell. I agree we probably aren't the leader... but its a long time until February

In order:

1) USC
2) Florida
3) FSU
4) LSU
5) Tenn

This post right here clearly proves you don't know wtf you are talking about.

1. He hasn't made a top 5.

2. There is tons of info out there from a lot of respected recruiting guys that say LSU is his #1 and his latest favorite. He loves what LSU has been doing with their DB's the past 5 years. His fav player is PP.

3. UF at #2...welcome to 4 months ago. He was high on UF's track program and UF's success with DB's, but he has cooled on them and it's well known bc of their backwards direction this year and terrible offense and unknown situation at QB, OC, HC.

3. FSU is climbing again because of what he sees out of their DB play, but not ahead of us just yet.

4. USC depending on the coach may be a factor, but they may not that is so speculative right now its hilarious you have them #1. He is not a CA kid, his family wants him closer to them and USC has no coach right now. Unless they get a Gruden type splash hire, Jackson does not go there, its probably LSU or us.

5. Your list sucks.

1. LSU - still his fav
2. UT could go up or down, we will see how the weekend goes
3. FSU trending up
4. USC but trending up if they get a coach he likes
5. UF trending down

Isn't florida still assumed to be a very huge threat here??

Florida was the early favorite about 4 months ago. He loves their track program. He likes their track coach. He was impressed with the play of the DB's under Muschamp.

Muschamp may not even be the coach in a few weeks and at the very least he is a lame-duck coach for next year. The offense under Pease is sad and he will definitely not be there. Further UF pre Meyer and Post Meyer is where WR's go to die.

If UF was still a favorite, why didn't he take an official there like he is to UT and LSU?

Also a lot of people close to Jackson's situation say that distance from St. Louis is a major factor and UF very far and thus another big knock against UF. If UF wasn't terrible this fall and going backwards, they may have had a chance against LSU, with us in third, but fortunately for us UF is a dumpster fire so we have moved up into second, with FSU and USC on the outside but equal chances to move up depending on some things. FSU is going to have to deal with distance from family as a major obstacle. LSU and UT have a big advantage on that issue.

Oregon replaced UF.

Nearly certain his OV to florida is for the FSU game.
