I thought early on that we had a decent chance of landing him. However recently when he said that he was gonna use his OVs to places he hasnt been, then I thought we may be out of it. So hearing hes may be using one of his OVs to us is very huge in my opinion. Also I know track is important which could hurt us, But with us being closer to his family and his relationship with the coaches, I would not be suprised if we make it in his top few. If he does visit our chances of landing him go up significantly.

To those saying its hard to land west coast guys, hes not really a west coast guy, he is actually from Illinois, only been in Cali a few years.

I think we have a real good shot of landing Garrett, if we somehow land both, that would be huge and could end up #1 recruiting class.

I sure as hell hope that's not what it come down to. Sure we see CWM as a crazy retard that would rather be shot in the face than give up 1 yard. But recruits see a coach with energy that coaches defense like a champ.

I agree that it helps us that Cam has been stud, but I think this guy is a volnation pipe dream. We already have a big fish(Hurd). And Butch has blown away all expectations. But until Adoree gives UT a visit we shouldn't get our hopes up.

If USC make a half way decent hire they should be able to get the kid to stay home.

has it right about Jackson visiting for Auburn and we are still very much in the in the mix for his services. Likes our chances after OV, our location to his original home is a factor.
