'14 CA CB Adoree' Jackson (Signed with USC)

Bb is spot on with his thought. Elite talent always feels like he is better than anyone else.

I agree, but elite talent is also like "WTF they just bring in another (insert position here) same size and speed as me? Coaches must not believe. This is bs. Ima go somewhere who needs/wants me.

There are too many factors and dynamics for us to generalize "elite talent" to one type of decision. We have all heard elite talent talk about depth charts, so u know they think about the "what if's". If I'm injured or don't win the starting job, then it's the next 2-4 years behind that guy.

If the titans take TJ Yeldon in the first round next year. Chris Johnson will be ready for the challenge, but in the back of his head he will know that the coaches and management are doubting his future

We don't know what's going on in these kids heads. They are pressured into making big decisions, and we see de-commitments all of the time for whatever reason. Lammons to UF is more likely to have a negative effect on Jackson than positive. But that doesn't mean it has to

No. Every year, kids say they want to play together in college, and with all of the media sources, everything they say gets publicized. It doesn't happen that often, IMO.

Also, I finally watched film on Jackson. All I could do is:

He is definitely one of the sickest, most explosive, and most fluid athletes I've ever seen.

Almost as smooth as CP

Reading the posts above, this is interesting. FWIW:

@BFeldmanCBS: RT @ChrisPSwanson: Adoree' Jackson tells me that he wants to play receiver if he goes to #USC. If he goes anywhere else he'll play CB.

It makes perfect sense. Look at the last few guys to come out of Serra High School: Robert Woods, Lee and even Farmar. He possibly sees himself as the next Marquis Lee who just won the biletnikoff award last year. I think he could potentially have that kind of impact at USC but IMO he has way more upside as a shutdown corner. Especially if he's a shutdown corner for the Vols.

Our best hope is Kiffy gets fired and their AD was bluffing about him not being on hot seat. My worries come with the fact Monta is now gone. Kiffin can coach offense so if there D gets a lot better due to change of scheme Jackson may head to USpusC.

I guess I'm looking at the opposite view. Jackson may want to play for USC, and he is waiting for Kiffin to get fired and a new coach get hired, before he commits to USC.

Really?

I was always under the impression that Jackson wanted to be closer to home (Illinois)--so the California schools aren't really in play.

It seems about time for a fan twitter rally! To twitter, Volnation! Let's show Adoree some love, and make sure all of our "recruiters" know that we want him as target number one! I truly believe with a concerted effort between our fanbase, commits, and the coaches, we can pull this guy in! Let's get to twittercruitin, boys! Make sure to support Serra highschool, and show his teammates love, too! The more buzz we get around him from everyone else, the better!
