The change up in fashion towards bright almost neon colors has definitely helped Tennessee.

Just a few yrs ago, kids first reaction to Orange was "ewwww" now its "o sh*t, thats hot"

I had on Vol hooping shorts and Orange Lunarglides just to drop my cousin to summer work out and kids were going crazy.

There is a cool factor that has been added to rocking the O&W

They ain't evwn ready for the lunarglide/Vol short combo. Too nasty

"UT has the WORST unis in CFB, no one likes that pumpkin puke orange..."

Kids love the orange. Our unis are simple in design, but they're not bland like Penn St (or Bama IMO. Dark red and white? yawn...). The orange jumps out at you, but not so much that its too "loud". That's what makes our unis so much better than Texas's. Theirs are dark and bland, ours are vibrant and eye catching. That's why Nebraska's unis are better than Bama's in my opinion.

Penn State's unis are the equivalent of eating a baloney sandwich with stale bread for dinner every day for 4 years. I respect the tradition, but that's just a little too old fashioned.

Exactly right! Our orange is beautiful and unique. I'm so glad we have that and that our color actually means something. Also that we aren't just red or blue or a shade of it like so many others. Recruits say it all the time how they love that loud bright color. The only people who say that hate it is the ones who hate UT to start with.
