From Vol Since 72 on VQ who seems to have legit info...

on anymore commits this weekend....

"Barnett is my guess at this point but I think there could be as many as 3 in the next 48 hours. That does not include Berry twins or a huge surprise if Adoree committed... Which based on what I'm hearing is not 100% out of the question. His dad being with him is a huge part of this!"

You gotta feel like it was already better than 15% for a kid and his family to travel here at their own expense. OVs are boondoggles. UOVs cost money...especially from CA. I personally need to have a good reason to go somewhere before I will tolerate the molestation of the TSA...let alone spend the money to be abused.

It may be better than 15%. USC is my concern as I think he likes them ALOT. Pretty sure the trip was from IL to TN as he has been in IL visiting family. Either way, him showing up to campus can't be a bad thing. I would happily enjoy the crow if he picks the Vols.

Nope. I think that our staff are very positive guys, operating in a very positive environment, with a great product, recruiting kids that respond well to that. It isn't emphasized, but I get the sense that there is an underlying 'faith' element to Butch's staff, and many of the commits have alluded to their faith in arriving at the decision to commit. I think they sense the character of the staff and are drawn to it...and possibly more importantly...their parents sense the character of the staff and are pushing their kids toward it.

My take is Kiffjn really may not be there after this year. If he looses more than two games and doesn't go to the championship I think u csn kiss his butt goodbye

just look at TK and J.Hurd's tweets and you can sense that is important to them as well...it may not be the end all be all, but it has to help with the strong family types... who else better to send your kid to for the next 4 years? there should be an automatic ban for the person who says Mark Richt too...:good!:

Would not be shocked at all to see Kiffy sent packing after this year. My concern is I think Jackson likes USC more than he likes LK. I look for USC to go after a big time hire when they can Kiffy.

Not going to lie, this same thought occurred to me. If anything, I would think this is going to send a red flag to the NCAA. Going from 5-7 and having a brand new, relatively unknown head coach, to now having the #1 recruiting class in the country DOES seem suspicious.
